El apartamento en si reunia unas condiciones bastante idoneas limpieza confort, etc, salvo algun pequeño detalle, como la falta de una repisa en la habitacion a imagen de una mesita d noche, para poder dejar objetos, como el movil, reloj etc. y lo que si encontre el baño muy pequeño, y la ducha,tenias que ir con mucho cuidado, para que el agua no se saliese del plato al ducharte, y moje el suelo y el marco de la puerta, ya deteriorado .

We stayed here for 8 nights because of the Seville Marathon. It is a lively street next to a popular church (Capilla de los Marineros) and above a bar, but quiet at night. Close to the city and easy to park your bicycle. The apartment is big enough for two, four may be a bit crowded. The shower is fine and the bed firm. The sofa is not really comfortable, the cushions tend to drop out because it is a sofa bed. PArking a car is not easy, but there is en free carpark near the park (Los Principes). Sometimes there is someone walking around helping you to park (you have to give him a few euros).

El apartamento se nota que ha sido reformado hace poco. Muy limpio y completo. Perfecto para unos días descubriendo la ciudad.
