Description

Nice, quiet and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a patio in Triana. The apartment is a few meters from the Triana Bridge and Castilla Street. It has central heat and air. The bedroom has a very comfortable 150cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender...

The living room has a large sofa bed so that the house can accommodate up to 4 people. It also has a dining table and 2 windows facing directly onto the street. There is high-speed Wi-Fi in case it is necessary to telework from there. In the patio there are bicycles that can be used by our guests and it can also be, it is the perfect place to have an aperitif.

A few meters away is the bus stop, taxi and bicycle and scooter rental. The center is a 5-minute walk away. We have a cot for family stays.

l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal mais le confort est à revoir : le frigidaire fait un bruit insupportable ,on est obligé de fermer toutes les portes pour pouvoir dormir! le robinet de la cuisine ne tient que par un fil ,on ne comprend pas que la personne qui a fait le ménage ne s'en soit pas rendu compte !!! les odeurs d'égout sont aussi très génantes !!!!

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. Our system requires a 40% payment of the total amount in advance which must be fulfilled within 24h, being thus conditioned to the payment acceptance by the bank institution. The remaining amount shall be paid a week in advance to the arrival date.

CLIENT CANCELLATION. Cancellation charges will apply regarding the total amount of the booking as follows:

– 30% if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days in advance to the arrival date.

– 50% if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days in advance and more than 15 days to the arrival date.

– 100% if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days in advance to the check in date.
