The Lemon House is located 10 minutes from the center of Seville. Located in the quiet village of Castilleja de la Cuesta, this house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a magnificent terrace furnished with tables and sun loungers, is the best place for a few days of relaxation.

The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ... also, being next to a dining room with a table for 8 people. The living room is spacious, modern and has a fireplace that heats the entire room. The bathrooms are spacious and have a modern design. One with a bath and the other with a shower.

The backyard at two heights is the heart of the house. Upon entering we find a large table with details carved in the wood where you can enjoy dinner with friends and in the next part, an area with cactus and a lemon tree, reminiscent of the Zen gardens that so much peace conveys. Perfect for reading on the sunbed or reading a book relaxed.

Viajamos constantemente, tenemos diversas experiencias, pero, aquí fuimos atendidos perfectamente. La casa, las comodidades y especialmente, su personal. Atentos, pacientes y muy profesionales. Así da gusto. Muy recomendable.

Maison très bien située, très agréable, proche de toutes commodités . Seul petit bémol, il serait plaisant d'avoir quelques produits pour pouvoir nettoyer, pour le lave vaisselle. Il serait aussi nécessaire de changer les poêles car elles sont usées et un format plus grand serait plaisant car pour une maison pour 6 personnes, des petites poêles ce n'est pas pratique.

La casa está muy bien, estaba limpia y bien decorada ,el único problema es que como el segundo baño está fuera del resto de la casa hacia frío como para utilizarlo , lo mejor es poder aparcar sin problemas .La respuesta d Maria de Holi_Rent fue casi instantánea en cuanto tuvimos algún problema, gracias.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.Our system requires a 40% payment of the total amount in advance which must be fulfilled within 24h, being thus conditioned to the payment acceptance by the bank institution. The remaining amount shall be paid a week in advance to the arrival date.

CHECK IN:

Check in from 15.00h and checkout before 11.00h.

CLIENT CANCELLATION.Cancellation charges will apply regarding the total amount of the booking as follows:

– 30% if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days in advance to the arrival date.

– 50% if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days in advance and more than 15 days to the arrival date.

– 100% if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days in advance to the check in date
